The City of Toronto needed input from all Toronto residents to develop a comprehensive, equitable and inclusive smart city project plan. Our team facilitated a real-time, multi-location citizen engagement workshop followed by a curated design-thinking driven discovery session (in each of the five locations) to create deep insights into the needs wants, goals, challenges and potential use cases for smart city technology selection and procurement.
