Scottsdale, AZ is located in the fastest-growing region in the United States and is a national destination for its beauty and high quality of life. Our team was retained to develop the Smart City Strategic Roadmap for Scottsdale based on the City Council’s Strategic Priorities. This project included a series of community workshops (including high school aged-youth), internal discovery sessions and external stakeholder interviews with businesses. The plan was presented in June 2020. Notably, this project was completed using 100% non-city funding. Instead, funds were obtained from the Scottsdale Industrial Development Authority and private donors.
